Veteran comic actor Jagdeep passed away yesterday. He had been unwell for a while now. The actor was adored for his memorable role as Soorma Bhopali in Sholay.  He did several other films like Purana Mandir, Do Bigha Zamin, Brahmachari, Aar-Paar, Andaz Apna Apna etc.
