You're definitely not going to find an AUX-to-CD adapter like you could one for a tape player, but there are FM transmitters that you can either plug into your phone's headphone jack or even some that use Bluetooth to avoid wires. You plug the transmitter to your car's power jack (cigarette lighter), connect your phone, tune into the right frequency, and voila, audio from your phone to your car. Quality, as expected, isn't top notch, especially when driving near actual FM radio antennas and noise is bound to happen at some point, but it's better than nothing. Those transmitters are quite cheap nowadays, I'm sure you can find a plethora of options online.
